Research school

The image’s and data’s processing is one of research topics in applied mathematics that are booming. By its nature, this theme is the intersection of mathematics, computing and data transmission. Mathematicians are beginning to show their interest to this theme recently and it has became a central theme. The interaction between researchers from different backgrounds leads to new problems as theoretical as applied. This theme, image processing is the main axis around which has formed the new research laboratory LaMA - Lebanon.
